Our agency, consistent with the idea of an ecological structuring undertakes the design of houses based on the bioclimatic rules and adjusts, with the collaboration of expert partners, the mild energy forms to their benefit.

This application does not affect the functionality of the buildings, but we do try to adjust our customers’ wishes so that they may be satisfied with the design of their home as well as with the efficiency of the idea of an ecological structuring.

If you wish to find the pathogenic sources of your building site, then the design will have to be adjusted taking into account these sources, in order to avoid placing on these spots rooms in which we spend many hours of the day eg. bedrooms.

The cost depends on the building’s degree of autonomy. This amount is paid once and during the next years it is offset by the electrical and heating-cooling energy saving.

The idea for a bioclimatic design may be applied to industrial buildings, schools, public buildings, even greenhouses.

The building is constructed in the classic way, i.e. a skeleton of armed concrete, walls of bricks and plaster. We can also build your home by using other structuring means such as a metal skeleton and solid walls of concrete, with prefabricated walls of concrete, with the assembling of special moulds and the infusion of concrete in the walls and even wooden buildings.

The use of RES may be combined with solar and wind energy as well as geothermal energy. We can either have our own energy or combine it with the DEH grid for a more economical solution.

The application of the idea of an ecological-bioclimatic structuring helps protect the planet and depends on everyone’s ecological conscience and the idea that we have borrowed the environment from our children and we are obliged to return it in a better condition than the one we found it in.
